Bill has been at the forefront of vehicle innovation for over 20 years in manufacturing, automotive, and electric vehicles. He spearheaded the low-volume special edition Parnelli Jones vehicle while at Saleen, which was a successful build of 500 vehicles. That low-volume manufacturing technique is what will be incorporated into this UTHEV
Bill has been at the forefront of vehicle innovation for over 20 years in manufacturing, automotive, and electric vehicles. He spearheaded the low-volume special edition Parnelli Jones vehicle while at Saleen, which was a successful build of 500 vehicles. That low-volume manufacturing technique is what will be incorporated into this UTHEV. He has supported the launch of multiple vehicle platforms and successfully launched his award-winning brewery with a manufacturing facility from the ground up. Bill is an inventor who has commercialized and patented conceptual ideas. At the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA), he was responsible for setting up an industry-leading Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Test facility. In support of the Ultimate Urban Circulator (U2C), the Armsdale Test & Learn Facility provides testing of AVs and innovative connected infrastructure technology in a controlled environment.

He has experience as a key member at AM General for the HMMWV Re-Power programs and their JLTV A1 bid, but also in Motorsports, legacy Automotive, and in Start-up

This broad range of experience has allowed him to bring together the best pieces of each industry and apply them in unique and novel ways - making him an asset that can bridge the gaps between technical solutions in specialized applications such as their UTHEV.

Dean is a seasoned renewable energy executive, having spent the majority of the past two decades working on numerous conventional and renewable energy projects. Dean’s experience in the renewable energy space includes positions as an investment banker for Dexia Group, a large European banking group; development banker for North American Development Bank, a multinational development finance institution; and as the Director of Structured Finance for Buenavista Renewables, a multinational renewable energy developer. In all, Dean has financed energy sector offerings for more than 2 GW of installed capacity, using diverse sources of senior debt, mezzanine debt, and equity financing.
